Only what you type into our enquiry form: your company or personal name, and — if you ask us to call you back — your phone number and email address. Nothing else. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics.
For one purpose: to contact you about your metal and give you a price. We don't add you to marketing lists, send newsletters, or share or sell your details to anyone outside Universal Recycling Company.
The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp on your own phone with your enquiry pre-written. Nothing reaches us unless you press send there, and that chat is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Callback requests are handled by Netlify (our website host, with servers in the United States) and protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA, then delivered to our buying team by email. These providers process the data only to deliver your enquiry to us.
Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows from it.
